We are equipped with German hobbing machine, milling machine with digital read out (DRO System), cylinder grinding and hardening plant.

 As per the needs of the customer, the gears are made from any of the following materials:

Mild steel, EN 24, EN 36, SS, Teflon, Nylon, Cast Iron, Brass and Bronze.

The various industries we serve include oil and gas industry, mining, earth moving and construction, cranes and forklift, marine and shipyard and industrial equipment industries to name a few.

We have a fully equipped tool room that can handle cylinders of any size. Our highly skilled and trained technicians ensure timely and quality repairs of cylinder to customer specifications. Dasco focuses on fast and reliable repair and manufacturing of complete piston rod and complete assembly with new set of oil seals and hard chrome plating of piston rods at competitive prices.

Dasco offers full-spectrum hard chrome plating services. Injection moulds, PVC extruder, hydraulic piston, high pressure plungers and rollers are a few of the equipments that are hard chrome plated.

Hard chrome plating is needed when there is a wear on the surface of an object due to regular use. After the surface hard chrome is worn out, there will be pressure leakage in case of hydraulic pistons and scratch marks in case of moulds, which will be visible on the final products. These equipments if re-coated with a new layer of hard chrome will give them a new life.

We are also equipped with cylindrical grinding facility. After hard chrome plating, a few of the equipments undergo cylindrical grinding for achieving mirror finish perfection.

Dasco has a full-fledged tool room that is equipped to meet most of the clients engineering needs especially in fabrication and repair.

We fabricate all types of gears, sprockets, brass bushs, shafts, rollers, cones, plungers, star-wheels, pin and any machine parts (Mild Steel, Teflon, Stainless Steel, Aluminium etc.) as per sample from the customers.

We also focus on boring and bushing of bucket for earth-moving equipments and grabs.

Dasco facilitates grinding of different types of blade. Dasco has recently introduced “Fully Hydraulic 3 Metre Blade Grinding Machine”.

After catering to the printing and packaging industry with repairs and fabrication of shaft, cones, rubber roller, extruder chroming and the plastic industry with repairs of screw barrel, chroming of injection moulds and besides developing all types of machine parts; we are now introducing grinding of different types of blade like:

Cut-off blade, Long flat blade, Guillotines, Fly & bed, Shears, Veneer knives, Perforator knives, Ink fountain blade, Packaging knives, Scraper Blade, Wrapper knives, Converting knives etc.
